Marco Toninelli, with over four decades at Saipem, has led some of the most complex challenges in the Oil & Gas industry — from offshore construction and drilling operations to onshore project execution and global fleet management. His career spans strategic roles up to Chief Operating Officer, shaping major asset renewal programs and delivering results across continents.

Edmondo Occhipinti brings a pioneering track record in digital engineering and project delivery, having directed Gehry Technologies in Europe and South America and later founding 3.im, a boutique consultancy at the forefront of Digital Twin and asset digitization. His expertise has enabled the transformation of industrial plants, fleets, and infrastructures through the integration of 3D data, engineering intelligence, and digital platforms.

Together, they lead a team of more than 70 engineers and specialists, uniting operational authority with digital mastery to redefine how industrial assets are managed and operated in the digital era.
